Before attending the Blue Tree Clinic I'd been in and out of various psychiatric services, NHS & private, since being a young teenager. During this time I'd encountered countless professionals, I can say with 100% confidence that the care I received from the Blue Tree Clinic is completely unrivalled.

At the Blue Tree Clinic I saw Mark Silvert, the psychiatrist, who was warm, welcoming and radiated genuine care and concern at every instance. His approach was holistic and centred around my own preferences and insights at all times.

I also saw Kamran, a psychotherapist, at the Blue Tree Clinic for over a year. I hadn't had positive experiences with therapy previously and find talking about my feelings painfully difficult but Kamran was endlessly patient, calm and understanding. Kamran had a remarkable ability to allow my therapy to be flexible and dynamic, adapting to my changing needs over my time seeing him.

I can't recommend the Blue Tree Clinic highly enough. They have so many glowing reviews for a reason.

I had an appointment with Mark Silvert and would defiantly recommend him. Such a lovely person to talk to. No pressure or anything. He guides you through the assessment and is extremely comforting.

I was a patient for the last number of months and there are so many reasons I would highly recommend The Blue Tree Clinic. I was always made feel so welcome and they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I got the care and treatment I needed. The person I was when I first started treatment and the person I am now are two completely different people and for that I am eternally grateful to Mark. Although I am now a past patient I know I still have the support I was given during treatment and should I ever need to go back the door will always be open.

Blue Tree Clinic is run by a team of highly respected and globally recognised Doctors, all world- experts in their respective fields. Yet, every patient (including myself) will attest to the very personalised treatment they receive, delivered by Doctors/ Professionals who are not only highly- skilled but also deeply empathetic.

Blue Tree is a retreat in the heart of London; a safe haven where patients can speak, learn, emotionally process and personally grow.

I have seen Mark Silvert for a number of months and have been impressed with the level of service Mark has provided to me.

Mark's very kind and communicates clearly and confidently, explaining sometimes complex issues in an accessible way. Mark acts very promptly and liaises with others in a hassle free way, helpfully signposting to third party services where required.

My experience with the Blue Tree Clinic was extremely positive - I was able to access an appointment quickly and simply and Verity was extremely responsive to all my queries.

As so many others have said, Dr. Silvert is warm, down-to-earth and empathetic. He listens closely and understands quickly - we managed to cover a lot of ground in one preliminary consultation. I was looking for a diagnosis (or at least, to see if my symptoms do fit a diagnosis) and was extremely nervous.

I have perhaps one bit of advice for people going on a similar journey of trying to understand their mental health. I probably could have helped myself more in the session if I'd written down in advance what exactly I was worried about and why. It would certainly have helped me to fight my natural tendency to give socially desirable answers, and to forget everything I wanted to say, when obviously the more honest and open you are, the better the advice and help you will receive.

This is, however, absolutely no reflection on my session. Mark put me at ease and none of my fears of being laughed at or judged were remotely realised. His assessment was honest, open and extremely supportive.

I will not hesitate to return to The Blue Tree Clinic in the future if and when I decide to take the next steps to better support my mental health.

I began interning at The Blue Tree Clinic one month ago and I have been given the most warm welcome I could have imagined. All of the therapists are so kind, not to mention extremely talented at what they do. The clinic strikes the perfect balance between professional and friendly, which makes the patients feel at ease. I have been consistently impressed by the improvements that the therapists have made to patients' overall well-being and health. The Blue Tree Clinic has a way of making you feel at home and I am very grateful to be working alongside such a dedicated, accomplished bunch.
