I contacted them because of the colour not being suitable for the coat I had. I received the return info as requested you must do on their website. As soon as they received my return the exchange was sent immediately and I received the exchange within days of it being posted/

Would not recommend this company. I wish I had explored the website more before ordering, as there is no addresss, no telephone number, DODGY!. They have taken my money, but to date no dispatch note, no hat, no response to emails, no response to webpage contact form, no response to facebook messages, no response to comments on the facebook page to contact me. I have had to put in a claim via my credit card for my money back. Couldn't be more disappointed!!

Ordered Never arrived. Messages ignored and comments on FB Page raising concerns (politely) are deleted. Other customers also reporting same concerns. They also request payment by bank transfer so no come back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I placed 2 orders with this company. After waiting for 3 weeks no orders had arrived so i went to their website and sent an email simply requesting an update, a further week down the line NO REPLY. I then proceeded to phone the contact number on their website and the call went through to the London School of Economics!!! Strange right?? So, thinking i may have mis-dialled the number i tried again and.............Yep the London School of Economics!! As the phone number clearly wasn't theirs i decided to contact through PayPal, another week along and NO REPLY at this point i was getting a little p***** off to say the least so i opened a dispute! Amazingly a tracking number was sent within a couple of days however, it was the same tracking number for both orders but i went with it and thought we shall wait and see what turns up.

The following day the parcel arrived and surprise surprise it only contained one order so, again i went through the hassle of trying to make contact to get the situation resolved. Several emails later and NO REPLIES and NO 2nd ORDER!!!!

I would recommend everyone to steer clear of this company, their customer service is none existent and they happily take your money and don't deliver the goods. If i could give them no stars i would.

If you are looking for stunning bobble hats try 'the fur bobble shop' no issues whatsoever and orders arrive within a couple of days if not the next working day.
