I AM HAPPY ENOUGH WITH THE PRODUCTS. I SPECIFICALLY SET OUT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, AND NEVER ACCOMPLISHED IT, BUT THEY SET MY NEXT DELIVERY, TIL JANUARY 2027. I have nothing good to say about The Body Firm. I have subscribed to receiving their product for over a year. After giving the product time to work (and it did nothing to my skin) I decided to cancel the subscription. Last month I sent the company a request to stop deliveries, but this month I received another delivery I again sent them a request to stop but have heard nothing from them. My next step is to alert BBB about this scam.

The products are great!
Getting in touch with a customer service rep to adjust re-occurring order and that experience was terrible. I was on the phone holding for for over a half hour and then the rep kept putting me on hold and trying to negotiate with me. He wouldn't let me hang up even though I told him I was at work.
