My delivery went missing at the Royal…

My delivery went missing at the Royal Mail depot. Having raised it with the team the follow up care was exceptional. Will went above anything I would expect to locate the boots and have them sent on to me again. Thank you!

Great empathy from Will and Tom

The delivery was lost by the haulier but I was refunded without a problem.
Unfortunately there was no more stock so I have been added to the wait list when it comes back.
Will and Tom were very empathetic and couldn't have handled the problem better.

Really pleased with my bobbi boots

Really pleased with my bobbi boots. Fit is perfect and very comfortable- I have wide feet so went up half a size to a 7. The boots look well made and of high quality and the colour is just as advertised online . They arrived very quickly after ordering - well presented and packaged in a sturdy box.

Muck Boots Cheap

I bought a pair of muck boots for £85 which I’m pretty sure is £30 less than the norm. Very pleased. And quick postage.

Dont buy if you are a foreigner…

I visited the store and bought a pair of Solovair Astronaut. When i got home I notices that the left shoe was smaller than the right, more narrow. It was not the same pair I tried in store. After emailing with the store they refuse to help me with this. I live in Sweden so its not possible to go to store, I was hoping for some help but nope, they will not help me. If you dont live nearby be really careful and be sure that you get the shoes you have tried on.

Keep tracking details

Not very happy. Bought a pair of Dr Martens and paid for tracking. No response from this company regarding the receipt of the return. Unfortunately I am unable to get my tracking number at the moment due to it being in husband's car on the other side of the country. A bit of customer service to at least reply to me to say they have / have not recieved would be good. Instead I feel they are just sitting on it awaiting proof of postage. A long drawn out prices that I will have to go through now to track the item simply to get a refund.

Great customer service

There was a problem with my order (it was lost / stolen by Royal Mail), but the team at The Boot Company were great at resolving it. In the end it took 3 weeks to receive my pair of Blundstones, which was frustrating but not at all their fault.
Thank you for your help, I love my new boots.

What fantastic service

What fantastic service! The company called me as I'd ordered two sizes not knowing which I would need. Before they sent the shoes they called and explained that Dr Martins tend to come up big. They sent me the smaller pair agreeing to follow with the larger size if needed so that I didn't have to pay the return fees. Brilliant. The smaller pair were perfect.

Perfect boots

Initially I ordered the incorrect size.
I had an automatic response stating that I could actually exchange rather than re-order.
Slight delay in responses through email, and high stress my end ensuring the boots had actually returned to their destination staff actually went out of their way to then make contact with me.
I now have my boots that I have been wanting for a very long time and they are perfect.
Thank you I will definitely purchase from you again and ensure I double check the sizing my end prior to ordering.
