I AM STILL BANNED AFTER REDEEMING ANOTHER $600 AFTER A SUCCESSFUL REDEMPTION. I was told
Because my daughter has a verified account, that they are banning and closing my account AFTER I WIN BIG. I didn’t have any issues with a $100 redemption (yes my daughter had an account then too) so I decided to repurchase and try to win more, and I did, I hit for $1000 and put in a $500 redemption and then another $100 which stayed pending for 3 days before they banned my account. THIS IS NOT OKAY. You can’t ban my account after I’ve already redeemed successfully with no issues, my daughter still had her separate account with the successful redemption, so why not that I won more money, you ban and withhold my redemption. I will be visiting the BBB down the street from my house in Phx if this is not resolved.

We play on multiple different sites and have redeemed with no issue on large redemptions. Ironically, the boss.us had no issue redeeming $100 but once I put in a larger redemption, you ban me?! This is NOT okay. Either you lift the ban or I will be posting here, Reddit, your socials, etc.

The promos when you first start playing are awesome. They discount the packages tremendously so your getting more opportunity for your money than usual. Customer service is iffy sometimes and it takes a little while to hear back from a live person rather than an automated message sometimes. They are friendly though. Once you're discounted packages run out though that's it apparently because i haven't gotten any discounts or bonuses in a couple weeks. tons of fun games to choose from but wish it was more clearly marked which have are available in which areas so you don't have to deal with the let down from being excited about playing a particular game just to have it pop up after you clock on it that you can't even play that game. Redemptions get a little sketchy when you have a larger amount to redeem. If possible redeem in smaller increments over several days so as to not run into the issue of extra verification process

I couldnt believe it myself but I went back to check on how many times Ive been on this site. This is THE ONLY site where I've played and have never been able to make a redemption at least once. If I won a feature with free spins, I wouldnt win a dime, really empty feature spins!! What? Ive never had that happen before. It has almost every game I love to play but my God, how is this possible.
If I would win a $10 dollar spin I would litteraly get 30 or more empty spins. Almost every game I played is at its max, ready to pop so to speak but nope just for looks. The hold on the games are extensive to say the least with a much lower than average feature win.
I play alot of casinos believe me, as well as the big casinos in Vegas and Reno but this is the driest place I have ever played. That is really too bad, I really liked the games but I will play elsewhere where I have at least a slight chance to leave with something other than aggravation.
If I could I would of given 0 stars, but I suppose the 1 star is for the game choices.

I loved winning $1,300 off of a $9.99 first purchase. But I didnt like "forfeiting" $300 of it due to me redeeming $1,300 all at once when apparently there was a $1,000 limit for winnings from promotional purchases and anything redeemed over that amount is automatically forfeited instead of being added back to available balance to keep playing. There should have been a notice when redeeming that clearly states that bc nobody reads terms and conditions. But other than that I did enjoy winning big on first purchase and did receive the $1,000 within couple days.
