Do not order from this company!

Before I say anything else let me assure you this is a scam outfit and has nothing to do with Boston boots which is an honorable and legitimate company based in the United States. I did not know just that when I ordered two pair of orthopedic shoes to be delivered Within two to three weeks per their website, which also said I would receive a tracking number when they shipped. Over a week later I had not received the tracking number so contacted them for email. Multiple Email exchanges back and forth well into April never gave me a tracking number but a canned response that I should be receiving my order Within 7 to 14 days or some emails said 7 to 21 days and some said 7 to 15 days. These emails did not come from the Boston boots company I ordered from, they were apparently a third party processor of orders and then they had a fourth party delivery system for orders and no means to contact the delivery party. To make a long story short it it was right at $74 for both pair of shoes and one was nothing more than the rubber slides that you would wear on the beach or in the shower. Finally I contacted PayPal whom I had paid through requesting a dispute resolution and spending the all the time that takes to input my case. Less than a full minute after I entered my dispute with PayPal it must have popped on their shtf system because up Pops a correspondence from them to both PayPal and me saying that I had ordered these on April 1st and they were being processed however because I had included copies of my receipt for them thanking me for my order dated March 10th I was given immediate reimbursement by PayPal for the pair of beach slides which was a little over $33. The other pair was almost $39 and I had to fill out an entirely different dispute with PayPal against this company on that pair of shoes because they were two separate orders with two separate receipts. They then sent tracking information to PayPal and myself that the shoes had left the Boston boots facility and were at customs in some place in China! The address for this company had been in California when I ordered BTW. PayPal advised that they would keep this investigation open until April 25th or until I had received the product or received a refund. Again to make a long story short these two pair of shoes both arrived together packaged in the same plastic bag. At that point PayPal sent me a message that both pair have been tracked as delivered to my home and did I want to reimburse the $33 because I had received the shoes but I said no and my reason was they were so very cheaply made and I could have gotten a pair much like them from Amazon for 20 bucks on next day delivery for no extra charge. The so-called Orthopedic sneakers would be hard for anyone with foot problems to use because they had no cushion just what appeared to be some kind of mixture of heavy paper and plastic and totally flat no arch support nothing that would classify it as orthopedic in nature. I did not waste any more of my time nor PayPal's money trying to get my money back and chalked it up to be careful who you place online orders from! I am affiliated with a group that Gathers clothing shoes and other Goods for the homeless in my community so they were donated to them because some of them don't even have shoes. I usually check trust pilot before ordering from an unknown online companies but I thought this company was Boston boots. They are tricking people by calling themselves the Boston boots company! Beware and always check trust pilot before you order and if you have not already donated to trustpilot to help maintain their platform please do so.

If I could I would put 0 star

If I could I would put 0 star. They sent me “winter leather boots “ in envelope! Absolutely different than you saw online. Not leather, lining thin, sole cheap, boots’s weight - less than half of pound! And no point to return: they locate in China, shipping costs almost what you paid for that f… booty. I should read reviews first before ordering them. 😳

Ordered boots from this scam company

Ordered boots from this scam company. They claimed they were delivered. Checked with Post Office. They had a picture of package by tracking number, and it was delivered to another address and much smaller than boots. I contacted them, and they gave me a different tracking number, again never delivered. They stopped responding to my emails. Buyer beware, they screwed me, don’t get added to the list.

Same experience as everyone else

Same experience as everyone else. This is a scam. I ordered boots in December 17, it is two months later and I have no boots. They gave me a false tracking number which is not traceable by USPS. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Fake company. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

Buyer Beware!

The company fails to send merchandise that has been ordered and paid for. They provide a fake untraceable tracking number which they later use as evidence that the merchandise package was delivered to the address listed on the order. The tracking information slip doesn’t not provide the name of a US Carrier that delivered the package making it impossible to verify that a delivery was made. (The USPS is unable to use or search for the package using the tracking number provided by the company.) They will then claim to attempt to locate the package on their end but do not provide any follow up or evidence that attempts have been made or that the package has been located. In addition they will request that the customer obtain a proof of loss document through the USPS.
PLEASE reconsider before placing any order with this company.

Looks like I am not the only one who…

Looks like I am not the only one who got scammed.
Same issue: ordered boots but did not receive them. They provided a bogus USPS tracking number.
Items are made in China. Not anywhere near Boston.
Total scam.
My $40 was not refunded.

Item never received

Item never received

The name of the company is extremely misleading. Considering that the products origin is not a US-based company. I placed my order on 23rd of December was billed on the 24th. Today is 13th of February 2026, I have yet to receive my merchandise.

The tracking number for the item is useless. After reading other reviews this seams to be a common occurrence.
I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

My order took forever to arrive

My order took forever to arrive, and when it did, the boots were of very low quality and didn't fit. It seems to be impossible to return them, as they don't respond to emails.

Beware and be a knowledgeable Consumer

Ordered Boots on 11/22/25
Still have not received them on February 6th 2026
And they will not Refund the money or replace.
Even with the Post Office information showing they sent it to a different address than was on the initial order
February 6th 2026 and their Customer Service is not even close to what they claim on their Ads
Beware of ordering from this Company!
I should have double checked the Company before ordering
I know it is too late, but now I am seeing many bad reviews on the Product and Service of Boston Boot Company

I was hoping, BUT...

I saw the reviews of people never receiving their order. I thought that would be me but I did receive the boots approximately 5 weeks after ordering, BUT, they were NOT as advertised. The size was MUCH smaller than ordered (not even marked on the shoe) and the "fur" inside was SO cheap and flat. There was NO cushioning or "fur" on the footbed and the sole was a piece of molded foam. Couldn't get any worse, except maybe not getting anything like other people.

I ordered a pair of boots from Boston Boots on December 16,2025, and my order was confirmed and my debit card was charged by my bank on December 17,2025. I was given a false tracking number stating my boots had been shipped and the item had been fulfilled. I cannot track the order as no carrier was identified. I still have not received the order or an explanation from the company as to order status.

Be Wary of The Boston Boots

01-20-2026
I ordered a pair of boots from this website on 11-23-2025. I never received a tracking number until I contacted The Boston Boots which indicated the package was delivered on 12-14-2025. I checked my door camera and didn't receive any packages on that day, also I have USPS Informed Delivery and no mention of any delivery from The Boston Boots, so I contacted The Boston Boots, and Sandra (Premier Trust Store) who was was supposed to look into this suggested that I should contact the courier(USPS) which I did only to find the tracking number provided by The Boston Boots was from a different company / sender for a different person with a different address to which that package was delivered to. I have contacted them several times after providing proof of their mistake, they have not responded other than auto generated emails that don't address the issue. Still unresolved. I contacted my bank to report this issue, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Untrust worthy merchant

I ordered a pair of boots on 11-23-2025, a tracking number was given and indicated that the package was delivered, but the boots were never delivered to me. I was told to contact the courier which was USPS so I did and I was told the package was delivered to a different address under a different name. I sent them a copy of the tracking label provided to me by the post office on 12-19-2025 and have not heard back from them since.
