Appalling customer service

Went to the botanist in Sunderland for New Year’s Eve. On the website it stated free cocktail on arrival and bubbles at midnight. When me and my partner got there the manager advised it was a specific cocktail only to which I was allergic to. I was told well it’s that or nothing and was very dismissive and rude. Be careful when booking for any special offers, tried to sort this out with a complaint direct to the botanist, they did offer a £25 voucher, however the tickets purchased were £15 each and with the appalling customer service I didn’t think it was good enough, replied to them and heard nothing back.

Absolutely Stunning Botanical Art – Highly Recommend!

Really happy with my order from The Botanists. The art is super pretty and makes my room feel calm and nice. It came fast and was packed well. Great stuff – I’d buy again!
