That might be a weird review, but it's what it is.
Some circumstances have lad me to my jobcentre, which forced me to go there for an interview. I was very frustrated, but still had to go there.
When you get off the train at Charlottenlund station, you're just a few meters away from this delightful bakery. It’s a small but very cozy place. The ladies who work there were incredibly welcoming, giving me the chance to explain why I was visiting, all while genuinely smiling—not just with me, but with every customer who walked in. I also had a small conversation with the manager, who was polite and responsive.
The best part, aside from their delicious baked goods and tasty coffee, is the positive atmosphere you leave with. This might be a very Danish thing—a blend of something almost royal with homely comfort, delivered by open and kind people.
I definitely recommend to try if you're in the area.
