Ignored a genuine return/refund request
Really poor service from Eugene, I bought a rear derailleur on the recommendation of a bike mechanic only to find out it would not work with my Cassette etc, 2 days after purchasing I explained all this via email and sms to Eugene who just blanked me - it was a genuine reason for returning but The Brig have not responded, disappointing and bad service!

Beautiful set of wheels
The whole process of choosing rims, Hubs and spokes was super easy and straight forward. Building and posting was a bit slow only because they were waiting for spokes to arrive. But they did let me know. At the end of the day the wheels did arrive and are absolutely beautiful and have held up great so far. If I am ever in need of another wheelset, I will be back. The free pedals got me to pull the trigger.
