Interesting to read the review from 'Norman' early Jan '26 about a defective product and the company's response. I'm a deer manager and purchased a couple more skinning knives (I'd used TBCS previously for the same knife). They dispatched the wrong knives (blunt tip rather than sharp). I called them the day of arrival. The company rep (Matt) apologised profusely and dispatched the correct ones immediately (they arrived 11am the next morning, ie less than 18hrs later). Mistakes happen but it's how they are dealt with that counts. First rate customer service from The Bushcraft Store.

Received a defective item with one of the revets sticking out more than it should of the handle making the item very uncomfortable to use and requested a return but instead I received a rude answer of "that is how these items are and what I described is normal for this item" I was then told to pay to return the defective item myself to get a refund minus the return cost. A friend is going to cut the revet down for me to save me losing money. Rude and very poor item including service and Never again will I return to this seller.

I had an idea of the Moras I wanted, he explained the differences of the two I had in mind. Did not try and sell me a higher priced one even though I asked to look at one.

Gave advice on how to care for it after use etc Keep up the good service, based on todays experience I will be back to look at the other quality items they stock.

I've bought several things from the Bushcraft store - and had to return a couple of items for alternative sizes and even swap to a different product.
Nothing is too much trouble, they really go out of their way to help.
They stock very good products at either competitive or the actual lowest prices.....and they use what they sell, it's not just a faceless store - their knowledge and reviews of the products they sell is invaluable.

I'm a customer for life, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Extremely rude customer service. I got sent knives with manufacturing flaws and i wrote to the company asking for some resolution. The guy basically just told me to fix the flaws myself and that he didn’t have time to argue. He also claimed that he had personally looked at the knives before shipping them out which was complete BS…

I have had a few interactions with TBS now and each time they have been quick to respond to my emails and more than helpful when I was in the shop. Everyone I have spoken to was friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much hassle.

I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

This was my first order from this company and the service was excellent. The product was dispatched the following day after my order was placed, along with an email to update me, and it arrived via Royal Mail a couple of days later. I would have no reservations about using this company again.

Order worth over 200 pound has still not arrived after 2 months and yet no help from the bushcraft store to rectify the issue , it is your responsibility as a seller to get the consumer the items

Made a order online with these guys, and true to fashion of recent, I realised I mucked up the order when getting the receipt.
Called them as I ordered the wrong size. Greeted with a pleasant voice on the other end, explained the situation and my stupidity was corrected with no hassle.
I had next day delivery and arrived with the correct size I wanted.
Thank you for making a change to order so simple.

Ordered this knife anglo arms legal carry knife,£4.95 +£3.45.postage,total £8.90.i read all reviews and they seemed to good to be true,but they are all true ,i cant beleave how good this knife is so buy one you won't be disappointed.

It was awful. The food was absolutely disgusting and rank, it wasnt cooked and when it was they made you eat a main meal and an other meal , food gave me and my mates food poisoning for about 2 weeks, for desert was just 1 tiny marshmallow and you had to toast it and it wouldnt even toast. All the food was not branded and tasted like 💩 not going to lie i do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE it is absolutely horrible. They make you sit in mud and the workers are absolutely horrendously rude. Told us to shut the f up bc we coughed? To be honest worst experience of my LIFE. Tents werent clean they had spiders and cobwebbs all in them, the company did not supply us with a clean or proper water supply we had dirty tap water or a milk carton with water in with a D.I.Y tap attached to it. Toilets were horrible they had rat poo in them and under the toilet (looking into the toilet) you could see all people waste like poo and wee which was rank. The workers couldnt care less and walked into our tent at night without asking and unzippped it. Overall do NOT go to this place even if you have to , the food is rank like i said it gave me and my mates food poisioning for 2 weeks, workers are EXTEREMELY rude its unbalivavle. 😡🤬😤

Beware “Free Shipping”

I recently purchased two rolls of bank line with free postage from TBS for £19.90, which included “free shipping”. The parcel arrived today and the rolls were both marked up at £5.95 each. Andy from TBS stated that it was that price in the high street store, but the additional cost was ‘the tracked postage’ they use. So in fact it isn’t “free” at all! Last month I purchased a Helikon Bergen from them. This is my LAST EVER purchase I’ll make from TBS, and I’ll ensure I pass the word around to any and everybody.

I have placed a few order with this company and received the best customer service, fast delivery and a over all excellent customer service

2nd visit to the store and 2nd time we’ve had great service. I let my ten year old son deal with things as he knows what he’s after and the staff are brilliant with him. Most places half entertain kids, but these guys spend time talking him through things and give him great advice. I’ve also ordered a few things online and it’s always fast delivery without any faults. 10/10

I've brought equipment from the Bushcraft Store before and wanted to leave a review about the online side, just excellent service from start to finish, regular updates and tracking to find out where my gear is, my address is in deepest West Penwith in Cornwall and usually we have a nightmare with deliveries, not with the Bushcraft Store. From order to delivery was 2 day's!!!!!! Really impressed, thank you
