Messed up contract

They bought my car for cash as advertised, via 10 minutes video call and picked it up the next day (got paid via wire right before). I would have given 5 stars, but heres what went wrong:

1. Inexperienced rep wrote my car had 18k miles vs 118k. Even though we had a sale agreement signed and in writing, they pleaded to please revise it down $1k due to their mistake

2. Their wire payment wouldn’t have shown on my account till the next business day, and they wanted me to hand over keys and sign away title “in good faith”, simply believing their word that theyd sent payment. They failed to tell me upfront that common banks like BoA, WF, Chase can show wire pending immediately, whereas less common ones like Schwab are next business day.

Both these issues were their fault due to inexperience, and caused significant stress and wasted an hour of my time.

Hope they get a bit better run, but they did overall deliver what they promised
