This company is a breath of fresh air is this mad world.., where profits come first and service isn’t even thought about anymore! I ordered this doorbell on Jan 15th at 2.30pm it came the today at 11.50 I fitted this afternoon and not only did the customer pay me there and then they also gave me a tip they and I were both chuffed thanks So much will 100% be using this company again in the future 5star!!!

I’ve checked your order and can see that you ordered Sunday morning and chose the delivery service with 2-3 days delivery time.
I can confirm that your order was dispatched the next working day with Royal Mail and it went out for delivery this morning.
RoyalMail tried to deliver your parcel today, I.e. 07/01/2026 at 10:48am but there didn't seem to be anyone in. They left a card and will re-attempt the next working day.
You can track your order on our order tracking page on our website. Alternatively you can track your order on Royal Mail website using the tracking link sent to you in both emails by Royal Mail.
On that link, you can nominate a safe place or a neighbour or choose to have it sent to any local Post office for collection in person.

I’ve checked your order details and can confirm that you paved the order with a priority timed service but the model you ordered sold out earlier in the day. However, even if it wasn’t sold out, it won’t go out the same day because you ordered after our cut off time for same day dispatch.
We dispatched your order the next working day and although it’s within our advertised dispatch time frame, we refunded your delivery charge.
We sent you communication confirming the refund and gave an estimated time frame for funds to clear in your account. Refunds to the payment card are not instant and take a few days to complete.
For all urgent and timed sensitive orders, We recommend you place them before the cutoff time to avoid any disappointment.
