Way too high prices!!

Way too high prices!!! My server was great but needed help. Need more servers. I won’t go again due to prices. Cheese cakes are smaller portions. Too bad. I do like it there but they need to lower prices. My friends salad was big but mainly lettuce. Disappointing.

Over priced and bland

Clackamas, OR Location
We had a party of 3. The host didn’t know a simple question which was if they did free birthday dessert, said to ask the waiter. When we asked the waiter he seemed like he wasn’t sure but mentioned they do a free sundae which tasted like dollar store ice cream I might add. I noticed in the menu advertising they had free dessert offer if you sign up for the rewards with them so I asked him about it again because he didn’t mention anything about rewards previously. But apparently if you sign up it doesn’t work until two weeks later the manager notified us later at the end of our meal and would not honor the sign up. There was no happy birthday congrats. She walked away without a friendly smile of any kind like she was annoyed. The wait for our meals was way delayed. The food was over priced and tasted bland and under cooked. Alfredo pasta was $23 without any protein added vs olive garden for example with protein for $21 that has good quality taste vs cheesecake factory’s. The bread was burnt with black char all around. A spoon was not cleaned well, there was stuck on food on it which was not very pleasant to see. The whole experience was a disappointed, not worth it especially for a celebratory outing. We won’t be coming back for years.

I made a complaint to the manager 3…

I made a complaint to the manager 3 times about my order that they messed up. I told them no tomatoes for 2 orders because they are allergic to it. When we got home only 1 of 4 foods was correct. It's been 3 months and I'm yet to be compensated. These people take customers for granted and I'm going to lobby that people should stop buying from these restaurants that think they are untouchable.

Bland and overpriced

Bland and overpriced, yet trendy, lol. I've been here 4 times now for birthday dinners. Never my choice. Never had what I'd consider even a good meal. It's been barely average...even at half the price. Another birthday dinner tonight. 7 of us. Not terribly busy. No wait for a table. 20 minutes to get our drinks. We order, and I decide to try the turkey burger. Everyone else orders various pasta dishes. 2 minutes before our meals start to come out, the waitress stops by and says they're out of turkey burgers, and I have to choose something else. I opt for the jambalaya. The other 6 meals come out, and I get a few updates on my jambalaya while I wait and wait..."just another minute", "your ticket is next"...I was just about to cancel it, as all but one of the others in my party was finished eating, when my jambalaya showed up. In retrospect, I should have just refused it then, as I'd waited 25 minutes past when everyone else got their food. I took a bite, and it had to have been sitting in back for at least 5-10 minutes since it was ready - luke warm. But even if it had arrived fresh, it was bland and flavorless. I've literally had better frozen TV dinner jambalaya. And as for the other pasta dishes at our table, nobody was raving about anything being better than average. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the cheesecake is good. Oh, and my family already knows that I won't be returning there ever again. 4 strikes and they're out. Next birthday I will stay home with all of our family's dogs and play with them while eating a frozen pizza instead.

If you want a good meal at these prices, find a mom & pop restaurant that has 20 excellent offerings on the menu, instead of 120 offerings (like cheesecake factory) who can't make any of them very well.

Had original burger

Had original burger. Medium rare.. chips were almost stale and lukewarm.. burger had been on the bun for a while so the bun base was nearly sticking to the plate and damp.. my wife’s meal was ok though. Didn’t bother complaining because we had things to do and couldn’t be bothered re ordering.

Poor service and portions for the price!

Well my family of three went into the Cheesecake Factory on Shelbyville road in Louisville Ky and portions are so small! $19.00 for a bacon cheese burger and the patty was 3/8” thick and 3” diameter and the drink was 4.50 and could not heft the waiter to get refills on drinks and bread! I can go to cheddars or road house and get a 1/2 burgers that is twice as big with bacon and fries for less that 15.00 and drinks less than 3.50 and with good service!!!!!! It’s not always been like this but wow downhill for sure! Then the cheesecake $11.00 for the 35th edition cheesecake, no way! I can go to Olive Garden and get something very similar and just as good for a little under half! This is just one of the meals the other two family members order was small for the price as well! Will be my last time here!

We have always loved the Cheesecake…

We have always loved the Cheesecake Factory. We went last night and I was BLOWN away how they charge the same amount, if not more, but portions in half. My husband and I usually take a slice of cheesecake home and split ... barely sharable now. Slices are now half the size. I have always loved the Skinnylicious Factory Chopped Salad - they got creative with the bowl size and shape so you cannot tell that was half what it used to be. I am ALL for smaller serving sizes, I don't need them to be huge, but then charge me accordingly!!! I feel scammed.

No Mas

I used to go to Cheesecake factory all the time but the last time I went I ordered Evelyn's Pasta which is my favorite dish there. The waiter said they changed it but I ordered it anyway and it was absolutely awful. I was starving so I ate it anyway but complained to the waiter and all he said was that they have changed this dish at least a dozen times. So they changed to something that tastes awful and that is ok? That was it for me. Never been back and never going back.

Great Service

My daughter made reservations here in Orlando Florida for me & husband celebrate our anniversary & we had a great time. The waiter & services were outstanding. The menu has such a large selection of food to choose from. A bit on the expensive side but worth it.

I charged $10 for a slice of cheesecake…

I charged $10 for a slice of cheesecake and they had the nerve to cut back on the size of the slice. Maybe they think somebody won’t notice but the sizes are now smaller cheap people give them an extra large scooping of whip cream while you cheat them on the slice.

Oakland Park, IL location

We were visiting the Oakland Park, IL location. Myself and a family member ordered their crusted salmon lunch special. As I was eating my salmon it tasted fishy, but I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Later while shopping at the mall and other stores, we both made several trips to the bathroom up to arrival home which is two states away. This bad experience has ruined any chance of me ordering salmon from any menu again.

They are terrible for making…

They are terrible for making reservations. Was trying to have a girls night and had a party of 8 people. I called to make a reservation. They told me I would have to go an hour and half early to try to be seated. Wouldn’t make a reservation for parties over 6 people. What family in Utah has less than 6 people! Why would you limit who can make reservations, that’s what reservations are for! This is ridiculous.
