As a wedding venue with 5* standards and expectations, we were relieved to have discovered this agency back in 2014 and they were super helpful and reliable at filling in around our staff shortages. We lost touch mainly because we had an established inhouse team, then in March 2026, we got back in touch once again when we had recruitment issues in our kitchen. Orla remembered us from 12 years ago and along with Leyna were both very accommodating sometimes at short notice in meeting our need for chefs for specific events and functions. We have even had 2 of our old favorite chefs return in the last month (Chris and Florin), and it was also great to meet John. They are all very talented and experienced head chefs and sous chefs. I guess the reason for naming everyone is to show that this is an agency who are keen to form a working relationship not just with their clients, but also with their chefs. When we found ourselves in a staffing panic recently, the agency came good and offered us a calming and reassuring service and the chefs they provided were 100% focussed on delivering excellence for our wedding guests as if they were our own employees.
Thanks everyone. Although we have our own permanent staff in place now, Its nice to have a reliable and quality contingency in place to cover sickness, holidays, and also just to provide extra help when we need it. We will definitely be in touch again soon, and are very happy to recommend the chef tree and it's services to others.

Staff have all stated how lovely they were and the food they have provided for our residents have been made with care attention and very professional. Presentation has been amazing.

This was our first experience of using an agency and the team were very good at talking us though the process and understanding our requirements. Paul came in and immediately took some of the pressure off the team who have been so busy over the long summer. He knew what needed to be done and nothing was too much of a problem.
