Do not buy anything from this company!!!
I ordered an item from them, the money was taken and NO product was received.
Three emails were sent and not responded to. I also called twice but no one answered and no facility to leave a message.
Fortunately I paid using my Amazon Pay account and so I got a full refund.
I have still not had any communication from them.
Very poor service.

Used a few times and was always ok. Recent order not received, no answer on phone or contact forms. I spoke to my bank who got my money back. I have looked up on search and it now says permanently closed. If you have ordered in last few months and not received- phone your bank.

I've used this company a few times and they were initially OK (not great order was always late) but now they are awful. Ordered 27th May and now their website doesn't work, phone rings off and emails are not answered and no items.
Should have known they were going to start to be bad when they suddenly stopped selling items on amazon.

Ordered some trugs. Last order arrived after a long delay. New order not delivered. Website not up since midweek and phone not answered. Took the cash. AVOID!

Have been ordering from here for a couple of years without any issues but suddenly everything is terrible. Large order placed and no products, told me it was a manufacturing issue, since then every time I’ve tried to call them by phone it just rings out - been this way for almost two weeks. Emails are ignored and still no stock arriving which makes me look bad to my clients who are waiting on theirs too. Going to ask my bank to open up a fraud case as they clearly have no intentions of fulfilling the order any time soon and can’t be bothered even letting their customers know what’s happening. My instincts tell me they’re about to go belly up so keep your money safe and order from elsewhere.

Edit: have contacted the manufacturer directly - no issues with production. Had a contact of mine pay a visit to the CH premises and it’s all locked up. Neighbouring business said they’ve been gone about a week but said that they said they were coming back, also said that several people had been asking about them in the last week.

Order not delivered.

No contact (they don't pick up phone), no reply to emails. Have to get my money back by contacting bank.

Avoid by all means.

Deplorable customer service!Unbelievable...
I had waited for a couple of weeks for an order to arrive but when I finally decided to check what was going on I was told that my product was still being manufactured- it was only a cleaning solution in the end of the day. I advised them I didn't want it anymore and requested a refund(that was more than a month ago)and am still waiting. I rang many times to prompt them to pay my money back but was always taken for a ride. I am giving this case to the Trading Standards.They must be investigated!!!

Absolute scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
No customer service. No product sent.

My products weren’t despatches after 4 days despite what their website says, this meant I couldn’t use them anymore and had to source elsewhere. Requested cancellation and refund and they agreed 4 days later. One month on, no refund. Emailed and asked for the money again, they said they’d sort the refund. Still no refund. Been 5 weeks now. Notice every single review on here says the same? All 1 star. Not sure if this website isn’t just an outright scam. I have started a Visa Chargeback on them to claw my money back.

I placed an order on the 8th January and received confirmation stating that due to an extreme demand in product shipments we are experiencing a backlog in our orders, therefore, please be patient and allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be despatched. I was patient and waited longer than this. It’s now 24th January and I have rung up 3 times and was told they would check the warehouse and call me back. They would never call back. On a 4th occasion I was told it may have gone out with a promise to call back. They didn’t. I have now asked for a refund which they said they would do but to wait 3-5 days. So watch this space to see if this actually gets processed too.

Absolutely arrogant!!.. I bough 0.3cm of logs for fireplace on 8th December. The consignment never arrived. (no emails, no updated - nothing, just left alone) In new year requested express delivery twice...(after all I want to be warm at home) - no reaction. Then I requested money back - no reaction. They have responsive and polite customer service and very reassuring. Unless you burst your anger at them, it seems thay will sooth you with nice talk to the end of world... Very disappointed with this cheaters.

Same as all the other reviews, took my money didn’t fulfil the order. When chased promised it would be with me the next day but surprise it never turned up. Now cancelled order & still awaiting refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Unfortunately, mine is like the other reviews on the company. I am not quick to jump on and leave a bad review. Problems do occur but it’s how a company deals with them that shows you what type of company it is. The Chemical Hut has buired its head in the sand! I purchased kindling on the 19th December, contacted them in start of January and Holly replied “we did not receive the shipment we were expecting from the manufacturer last week. We are hoping that this will be with us sometime tomorrow. All being well your order will be dispatched tomorrow/Monday.” 1 month later I still haven’t received my order and not had any communication from them since.Requested refund but not had any comms. GO ELSEWHERE , WHAT a WASTE of TIME and MONEY.

Took my money, never supplied the goods for collection from depot and 2 months later still chasing refund despite 3 calls and 2 emails. Think I have been scammed. Avoid they are not trustworthy!

waste of time. delayed. not given a date of delivery. had to cancel order get items some where else.
