Do not contact this company for ANY services!

I contracted with this company in October 2025 to inspect and repair my fireplace. When I asked for proof of valid California contractor’s license Before I made final payment , things got very interesting. I received an invoice from from THREE Different companies and addresses! The addresses were residental one of which was listed as property for sale.

My fireplace was still having issues after the repair, I requested a second visit without any response, therefore I reached out to another repair provider to check it out.
This company found 1) the repair done and cost estimate, including the deposit I paid was not consistent with the cost of the replacement parts Chimney Guards 3rd party contractor installed – the parts cost was approximately $50.00 without tax 2) the 3rd party spliced my wiring to install the parts and jammed the connectors into the unit which could have caused a fire. Needless to say, I did not pay the remaining balance and am pursuing legal channels to get a full refund of my $600 deposit… legal system moves slowly for small claims fillings.
Hopefully this will save others from being ripped off by this company.
