I placed the order on July 24th. According to the tracking information my parcel alledgedly entered Sweden on August 13th. It is now November 14th and I have recieved nothing. No updated tracking since August 20th. No straight answers from Customer Service. When I have asked about where my package is I have been told that they have asked the shipping company for tracking updates.
Took 2 months to get from a company that said it was US company that was absolutely China. Finally got swimsuit and shorts that didn’t fit right. Tried to return within the 14 days window and they said since I got the product and it was what I ordered I couldn’t return. This took several emails back and forth. The return policy is obviously fictitious to think you have a choice in keeping product or not….terrible customer service and experience. Don’t waste your money like I did 😭

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. They only sent half the order plus what they did send was not as pictured. 100 emails exchanged they deny wrongdoing and refuse to provide a return address. Stating it would be too expensive for me to ship! Suggested I sell the item myself. Disgrace.

I ordered a swimsuit in July and it’s still not here! The confirmation email says 7-12 day shipping, and it is now going on 6 weeks.
They gave me tracking upfront which had it entering the US on August 22nd. That’s when the tracking info died. When I asked about where my package was I was told the company was doing some updates and tracking was not available. When they finally gave me updated tracking it says my package is now in China and heading to the US. They can’t give me a strait answer as to where my package actually is, or why it went from Italy to Austin, Texas, to China, and supposedly back to the US.
Purchased specifically for tiedye. Absorbed perfectly. Fits great.
The worst service. Shipping was delayed and extra charges for international which is not posted when you order. Tried to can el before it was shipped it was 1 hour after I hit purchase and they refused. Stay away!!!!
Very poor. Spent £30 on a fridge organiser/calendar but it never arrived. Lots of emails with ‘alleged’ shipping updates but nothing since it apparently arrived in the U.K. in June! Seems like a scam. Suggest avoiding!
