Do your research. Terrible company. SCAM.

I wish I had done a little bit of research outside of the (fake and paid for) google maps reviews.

The founder/manager of this shop scammed me, stole a lot of money from orders I placed and that he never shipped out to me and it took me months to get answers by emails.

It took me close to 6 months to finally get repaid after his con. Never again.

Trustpilot will probably get rid off this review.
Don't understand how this business could possibly have more than 0 stars.
Christoph Wolters (the owner and manager of this "shop") is a scam artist and cleary belongs in prison.
I purchased cigars on their site and had to wait 6 weeks until finally somebody answered and confirm that they had my order. They lied to me repeatedly over the phone. I send dozens of emails, several a weeks and got 1 answer. After threatening him I received a box... and that's it. More than 2 months after my order. I had ordered several boxes.

I kept calling every 3 or 4 days at the same time for weeks and threatening this guy and after 7 months, they finally paid me back, gas lighting me asking why I was angry. Wish I had read the reviews before I would have save time, energy, and money.

Make sure to read reviews on Google Maps, Trip Advisor and any other related cigar website.
I highly recommend you to NOT buy here. Christoph is cleary a felon and he will rip you off.

Plenty of other LCDH in Europe or even gray market sites that will do a better job.
