I clicked to reveal an image on a Facebook link, with a payment of £0 being taken merely to prove I was over 18. However, this was a ‘one-day trial’ of their subscription service before £34.99 was charged to my account. This is clearly fraud. I have reported to Action Fraud UK.
My wife clicked on a PDF download for 1p (ironically, for a church service, for kids!!) and suddenly £34.99 is going out of our account. I think the lesson here is not necessarily a Biblical one - never pay anything to anyone online unless you are 100% sure you know what you’re getting and who you are paying. She couldn’t even download the PDF sheet! Currently contacting our bank to report a fraud.
I don’t even know how I apparently agreed to this until I saw the £34.99 coming off my bank account. I did not give any bank details .Complete scam.
Trustpilot: why do you not have an option to have a zero star which would then deduct from the star total as I total grudge having to give one star as it’s a positive number?
This company takes .01 pence for one day from your card then signs you up for £42.65 not to be trusted 🤬
