DO NOT BOOK
Today (28/10/2020) myself, my wife and two children made the trip to London for a family trip. We had previously made a booking through Groupon and had confirmation via the classic tour. We arrived early at Northumberland Avenue, in front of the Grand Hotel as per the instructions for a pick up time of 14:10. We waited for 45 minutes after this time and no bus arrived. We tried calling the number on the confirmation and website several times which would not connect. We then walked to the registered address which appeared to be a derelict building. As you can imagine this completely ruined our day and we ended up paying for another bus company for the trip.
