Ill fitting and ridiculous return policy-needing to have a tracking number sent to China would cost almost what a bra costs-without any guarantee that the cost will be reimbursed. I was scammed again!

They should get 0 stars. Ordered and never received bras and no way to reach company or get my money back. It is a giant Chinese scam and they probably stole my credit card # too. I wish I had read reviews first.

This company decided that I was an XL and sent me two bras. One was an XL in the other was a 2XL. I would never wear either one of these sizes in real life.Both were absolutely enormous and at least 6 inches longer than anything I own today. So their sizing is completely off, and they didn’t even send me two of the same size. They’re happy to take it back if I would pay postage to China. After many email exchanges, I got nowhere. Their customer service is horrible. A total refusal to help me fix the problem that they actually created. I will toss these in the dumpster.

I purchased one of the bra's for my wife and what came was a used bra. It had skin flakes all over it. so i am still trying to return it, but i keep getting these stupid emails about how they are sorry.... but never give me the return lable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TRASH! if i could post photos i would.

There is no way to contact this company if you have a problem. Do not order from them. They sent me the wrong size and I have no way of contacting them.

These bras are not anything like they said they were. They have no support at all and they're big and baggy
They don't fit at all and to return them to get your money back. You have to send everything to China. I would never order from this company again

I placed an order on February 4th. By February 14th I received an email with a tracking number and a link. When I checked that tracking number, the website says my package had “arrived at the port of origin”! There is no phone number to call and speak with an actual person so I emailed the company. I received an email back giving me another link and another tracking number. When I checked that one 3 days later, it still had no new information. This company is a scam. They will take your money, run you in circles, you’ll have a nightmare to deal with and their customer service department is a joke. They don’t even deserve one star. Do NOT buy from this company!!!

Not good quality, sizing way off and took a long time to arrive. I needed to exchange since their sizing isn’t accurate. Coming from China and cheaply made.

These bras are cheap and wrongly sized. When you try to replace they charge you again to send exact same size replacements. Steer clear of this company you aren't missing out on a thing except pure garbage!! SHOP doesn't help even though it went through their platform. Stick with companies you can use paypal with so you have an avenue fo getting your money back if screwed

Be aware the bras have removable pads. They are not sewn in. And if you want to return- you have to pay to ship to China within 30 days.
They communicate none of this on the site.

The bras are a joke. Even though I purchased here in the USA, they want me to return the items to TheCleaCollection
