Sad time for the shop.
It was a sad experience learning that the shop is to close at the end of the month. Sadly some of the products I required were not available . However the assistant helped as much as possible by emptying 4 glass bottles of white vinegar into my refill container.

A great little shop
A great little shop, such a shame that Loughborough didn’t embrace and support this shop, I have massively reduced my plastic waste with refilling my environmentally friendly laundry, cleaning and hand wash here. Thank you for trying to improve our environment.

Really love what this company is trying…
Really love what this company is trying to do. New layout of the store has definitely helped. Customer service and logistics is what's holding them back. It's really hit and miss as to the quality of the service you receive, sometimes it's friendly, helpful and with good advice, other times it can be very withdrawn and you feel like you're bothering them. In terms of logistics, they often have products out of stock and it takes a while for their website to be updated with stock. Really hope they iron these issues out as they're a really promising little company with a great idea!
