I did not receive my item. My courier has not received it for over 2 weeks. The tracking link i was provided says that it is still with the merchant and has not updated since.

Items not received. All correspondence sent to company asking for updates and/or refunds have not been responded to. Currently working with bank on getting refunded and they have not responded to my bank either. Horrible!

The service of Theclothingtribe couldn’t be worst! I bought them a hat for a gift and wrote them asking if they could expedite the shipping. They never replied. It took several days for they to precess my order and when they did, the package spend three weeks stuck in the same place in New York. I sent an email asking for an explanation and again, they never replied. Almost a month later I have not receive my purchase. Disrespect all the way with this people. Don’t make the same mistake than me and do not spent a penny with them.
