I've purchased gifts for friends and colleagues a number of times and have always received exceptional service. There had been a few delivery issues (that was not the fault of The Cocktail Shop) and they fixed the issues with no extra charge. Amazing Quality! So delicious

Ordered a cocktail set at Xmas
Ordered a cocktail set at Xmas. It was delivered but wrong colour. The Cocktail shop has not responded to my emails for a refund and a return address for me to return. They clearly had no stock left at Xmas so just sent anything. Very disappointed with the product, not as described, and even more disappointed that they have not returned my emails.

Easy Bulk Ordering
This is the 4th time I've ordered from The Cocktail Shop. I organise virtual cocktail parties a fair bit and I appreciate the option to place a bulk order rather than individual orders. Makes it so much simpler. I'll definitely keep coming back for future requirements. I held back on the full 5-stars as this is the 2nd time that they have ran out of stock on the Grapefruit Spritz once I've placed my order. It's a popular choice and would love to see that item better stocked (or perhaps a comparable substitute that is not a Tom Collins). Thank you!

Amazing service for corporate event!
We used The Cocktail Shop for a remote company event, and they were great.
They managed to get 50+ cocktail kits to individual addresses across Australia with limited notice.
Will definitely be using again!
