Well this is just a perfect way to get to know european roaster scene. All lots a perfect, sometimes very different from each other. Honestly I regret I didn't find it earlier. Thank you, the Coffeevine team for the perfect work.

Coffeevine is a coffee lover’s dream. I recently moved to Europe from the US, and I’m a bit of a coffee snob, so I was struggling to get to know the European roaster landscape and where to find truly good specialty roasters. Coffeevine’s curation is great, and I love that the subscription comes with a brewing guides, too. It’s nice to have a curation that you can trust. But that said, I don’t think you have to be a snob like me to appreciate it, you can just want to try a variety of coffee roasters and know that what’s being picked is GOOD coffee. Also S/O that snobs like me will appreciate - the timing of their shipments from roast dates is great.

Loving the whole experience! Every month I wait a bit impatiantly for my coffeevine order to arrive - even though it always is on time. The filter coffee they select is so delicious and I‘ve been loving the roasters they work with. What‘s more is that the coffee is always freshly roasted, I have no idea how they manage do that with all the shipping! The little magazine that comes with every order and the packaging are very nice details as well.

Alex is great!! What he has made with The Coffeevine is a huge milestone. I love having different coffees from all over Europe every month to enjoy and show my loved ones as well. He has called me a few times when to solve issues. The friend that recommended the service was called by him in a caring way to hear out making her come back (life sometimes gets in between you and coffee)

When it comes to the relationship with customers, oh boy! I wish more business were like his, and him.

I encountered a problem on your website. The support team was very helpful and within a few days the problem was resolved.

Geting great coffee to my door every month is one of the best things in life.

Package was really destroyed and coffee pakets were also looking very abused.
But guess this is more of an ups problem and 3 coffees being too small for the package size.
