Been Bouldering for nearly a month now

Been Bouldering for nearly a month now on my own. Started with essentials level 1 lesson and I’ve climbed twice a week since.

The staff are really friendly, checked up on me while I was climbing, have always been happy to give advice when I’ve strayed a bit too high a grade to allow me at least try and keep things interesting. The centre has had a good balance of easier grades and some grades I can’t comprehend how people manage them! working my way up I feel the variety is good to for setting route projects on different styles. They offer different levels of classes to help give you knowledge and technique which I plan to start working towards soon. The use of Griptonite app in the gym is great for me to track what I’ve done and set projects on.
Cafe side.. coffees goood, home made cake is great and friendly service is the cherry on the home made cake.

Being a new lone climber the team and facilities have been perfect, I’ve felt really comfortable climbing here and that’s down to the amazing staff, even the other climbers help each other out and happy to chat about routes.. etc.
