I still didn't hear anything from this shop and it is already has been two weeks. My order has been placed on 20 April 2025. Today is 3 May 2025. They didn't update me with any information about shippment, so i assume my parcel hasn't even been shipped yet as they said that they will notify me when it has been sent.

Placed an order for the arnica MSM gel on February 3rd, paid an extortionate £8 for delivery and still waiting for my order to arrive, tried to phone them today after my emails have been unanswered.
Think I’ll be having to contact my bank now for a refund!!!

AVOID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
I ordered Arnica Gel MSM Plus® 100ml and paid for delivery which they say is 3 days after payment. This was 15 days ago and although I received a confirmation of the order since then I have tried to contact them. Their customer service is non existent, no one answers the phone or emails, but they take your money even if they cannot supply your order. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have just bought collegen extra. The product tastes horrible! Very expensive and does not have calories per dose, which for someone who is trying to loose weight is extremely important. Not sure if it works yet.
