Placed an order on 19/02 with 3-5 day delivery… surprise surprise (after reading reviews) order has not arrived. I have chased via email and other social media sites. No response. Awful service. Would like to just know if order is going to arrive!

I ordered on the 17th Feb, got a confirmation email and then the day after an email saying my order is delayed. Nothing since. I have sent emails, sent messages on every social media platform and called and still NOTHING. Really disappointed that companies still treat customers like this, the products are not cheap and so you would expect a better service.

Bought a bundle of products, not shipped, no reply to emails asking for an update.

Not recieved my order. Continously reaching out and recieved no replies. Avoid

I have not received my order I spent £59 so not happy. I also have messaged and emailed lots of times, I received no tracking or order number just a confirmation email to start with that was weeks ago ? I had message eventually about it will arrive in 3 days last week. It hasn’t. I have now found the bank statement and will continue to try get my purchase or a refund.
I just came on here and I see this has happened to others .
It does pay to check every company online before spending your hard earned money. I will edit this if there is a result .

I ordered on the 12 th of Feb and no order at all.

I have placed an order from this website and on the check out giving option of getting the shipping in 1-2 days and is been a week and there is not shipping or any response from them,the customer service is awful.
I will never order again.

I ordered on the website the confidence booster 1. It has been 2 weeks, and within that time period I have messaged and emailed many times and received no reply. I have not received any delivery updates or tracking notification.This is a total scam ! My order number is 250214011238. Until I don't receive an update I won't change my review.

This is an update. Your reply has not done any justice. It has know been 10 working days and still no delivery. Don't fall for this scam

I've placed an order and received an order confirmation email, however I haven't had any delivery or tracking communication. I've messaged on instagram and emailed twice but had no response. Please either return my money or provide an update on my order.

Excellent products for every possible skin concern. The boosters are amazing and I’ve noticed a difference in the firmness of my skin. The 5 minute eye bag remover really works! Really satisfied with products. I saw the difference from day 1.

I have no tracking details. I have emailed through Facebook Instagram and tiktok and had no response at all. Could you please tell me where my order is. Otherwise I would like a refund I didn't receive a order number. Just confirmation of order your asking for the order number but you have not supplied me with one. You have my address and email. So how long is it going to take for a restock, why wasn't I informed of low stock. Its not very good customer service. If I don't get my product by next week I would like my money back please. You sent me a email saying u would get my package within the next few days. I Have not received it. I want my money back you can keep your product if I don't get a refund I will take matters further. I have finally had a order after months waiting. Now to try and see If it really works

Unfortunately I had to use this source to get a response from some different emails I had already sent requesting some specific information about the product. I think the system could improve so customers do not think this company is a scam and they should review or change their delivery provider to offer a more reliable service to everyone. So far so good, I received the information I was after and I am going to see now my experience ordering the products.

Iam very satisfed with products #after pregnancy set. Love the Natural ingredients and my skin love it too.

Ordered the skin tightening for my stomach area and saw zero improvement. I have repeatedly emailed asking for a refund as per their money back guarantee and have waited months for a reply, in the last email they’ve asked for pictures which is disgraceful. Rubbish product and a scam company. Reported to trading standards. I note most of the positive reviews are not from UK? I do not want any more product, I would like a refund as per your 100% money back guarantee. No where did it say that you need to provide pictures to prove you are not happy! I am more than happy to forward one of the emails-it was from Katya. You are breaching trading standards law in the UK.
