Perfect tuition and information content

Thoroughly enjoyed the half day Indian cooking course. Kumud explains some of the science and health benefits of the spices, how to use them effectively and get the most out of them. The cooking experience was perfect for me. I learned a great deal which has helped me correct some of the errors I had made in the past when attempting Indian cooking. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the course to anyone with an interest in furthering their knowledge of Indian cuisine.

What an amazing course

What an amazing course, half day, just as well as I don't think I could have taken on anymore info. Kumud Gandhi is an amazing cook and teacher. She gets right into the science of food, keeping it interesting an informative.
We cooked several dishes and got to taste and take some home. Well worth the cost.

Paid but never got on the cooking course!

Can't comment on the quality of the cooking or their teaching ability as I never got that far.
Through work I booked a £200 day course on a date which they then cancelled and asked me to rebook which I did (these things happen).
Subsequently I had to cancel and despite filling my spot they charged me a £25 rebooking fee (I did not charge them a few when they cancelled on me previously). I paid the fee ... I was still looking forward to the course.
Now the whole course has been cancelled and apparently my request has expired. I've lost the work funded booking and a £25 admin fee. To be fair their business administrator has responded to my emails (hence an extra star) but she says there is nothing they can do ... no help to me at all.
All in all be very careful. I found the whole process of getting on courses difficult (they aren't run regularly and seem to be cancelled at the will of the company) and overall I am £225 down on the experience with no hope of renumeration.
