It sits right off NH-24, directly opposite the township's main gate area, and is registered under RERA with the number UPRERAPRJ9641. The most recognisable thing about it is the dome-shaped architecture. In a corridor full of boxy residential towers, the dome stands out. The project is spread over roughly 1.3 acres and is said to offer around 485 units. The format includes retail shops, a food court, a multiplex, and in some descriptions office spaces and studio-style units. A large part of the sales pitch is the pre-leased model. Many shops are offered to investors with tenants or lease arrangements attached, so the buyer is not starting from zero. Starting prices have been advertised from around ₹40 lakh, though you should always confirm current pricing directly.
