The delivery was a day late when it arrived they were told to put it in the box outside the door they left it in the sun on the door step the box was all ripped open everything inside was wet and hot. The delivery people were to blame the hamper store were very good they offered to replace or give the money back. So I will order again from them because they are very understanding

I've bought this twice now for my dad. Once for father's day and his birthday. I unfortunately don't live near its a great present to send through the post. Its always arrived when stated and I get updates on the delivery. He absolutely loves it. If I could say one thing I wished they did a one person package, I only say this because he is on his own and the two pasties are great ( 2 dinners for him) but 4 scones is a wee bit too much. This is not a negative comment just I thought going forward for the company to trail a one person box ( which i haven't seen) all in all he does enjoy it very much in turn makes me happy. I will definitely keep buying while he's able to eat it. 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautifully presented gift boxes with the most delicious scones, jams, cream & treats inside. Bought on 2 occasions with the recipients absolutely delighted with the contents which made wonderful gifts. Excellent value for money. Really good communication from acknowledgment of order to journey of the gift box received on the intended day. I shall be ordering again in the future.

Unfortunately my parcel didnt get delivered to my parents for their wedding anniversary as got delayed in the delivery depot for some unknown reason which was very disappointing. However correspondence with Cornish hampers was quick and they gave me a full refund. Shame my parents didn't get their cream tea treat though. I am now of course a little reluctant to use them for future occasions.

First time I received a cornish tea for my Birthday, loved it,scones were delicious whi h is why I then purchased one for my friends Birthday.

Unable to ascertain the use by date on the clotted cream and top of the cream was brown and crusty so frightened to eat it. Code on cream said best before
