Amazing candles and wonderful customer experience. I was looking for thank you gifts and came across The Cornish Scent Company. I ordered one - the scent was amazing. I then needed to order 12 quickly. I spoken to the owner who was exceptionally helpful, a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to get the order to me on time. I highly recommend.

Delightful pillow spray
Ordered the pillow spray and also a shower steamer. These goods arrived promptly. I am over the moon especially with the pillow spray, the perfume lingers for days and is such an uplifting scent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definite buy more, maybe for gifts if I can be parted from them.

Bought 2 of the amazing sponges recently. Absolutely delighted with them. Smell and texture is divine. And so much lather when mixed with small amount of warm water. Will definitely be buying again. Highly recommend these sponges.

Thanks for the feedback, I’m sad to see such a negative review which I don’t think is entirely justified. Your order was made up on the day it was received on our system (6/3/24) and shipped the next day (7/3/24). This is the very earliest it could have been shipped from the point of receiving the order. From our perspective we have done everything we can to accommodate your order and put this down to a Royal Mail issue (although this still falls within their quoted delivery times). It says quite clearly on the website we send orders with Royal Mail 48hour tracked service. As a handmade business we feel an immediate manufacture and dispatch of your order is faster than the norm in this industry and so see no need for such a negative review which could cause serious harm to a small handmade business.

* Hi I can confirm I have now traced the email attached to this order and can confirm this order has been delivered today on the 19/12/23 with Royal Mail who have provided proof of delivery, postal delays at this time of year are beyond our control but we have been working extremely hard during this period to get ALL orders out in a timely fashion. From our records your order was placed on the 11th December 9.30am which was dispatched on 12th December, proof of postage can be provided if required. It’s worth noting this is an extremely fast turn around for a handmade business but ensuring all orders are delivered for Christmas is a huge priority for us.
