I bought this in June 2025. After just a few uses, the drinking part was visibly damaged. Luckily I had bought a spare one. Few weeks later the same. Also the handle broke very fast while was held. And it is leaking if not straight. The thing just pops open every time in every position. I was super excited by the fact that the drinking part is silicone. But it's definetely not worth the money. Designs are nice.

I have repeatedly ordered various products—including cups, plates, cutlery, a backpack, sandwich bags, thermo containers, and more—for my little one. I can highly recommend them for their quality, durability, child-friendliness, and cute designs. I also contacted customer service, who responded promptly and very kindly. I will definitely order again!
I ordered the lunch boxes smell and the bottle so difficult for kids to use and my daughter is 5 imagine!!!! tasted extremely bad as soon as we tried it after washing.
I would let me kids to use this I don’t feel they are suitable for kids health
I made an order the 3rd of August and it supposed to be delivered the 14th of August. After a few extra days waiting for it I decided send them an email which I didn’t have any reply back and also after that I used the chat support. Finally I’ve been lucky and someone reply me back telling me that is going to send me again the products with a new tracking number… after some days trying to contact them through the same platform because I didn’t have any news about it… I’m still waiting for an answer and my products, almost over a month!
I already open a PayPal case because this site is not trustworthy.
