Went in to purchase a Daystate Huntsman Revere in .177. Ordered over the phone and reserved with Martin.
Went in to collect and was dealt with by Andy who couldn't do enough for me.
Set up my scope on sports match mounts.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of boots, but the whole experience of sorting it out was completely hassle-free.

The initial boots arrived the very next day, in Ireland, after ordering: great start.

When I realised my mistake, I contacted Christine in customer service. She couldn’t have been more helpful—genuinely friendly, patient, and quick to assist - even reserving the pair I had initially wanted.

Returning the incorrect pair was straightforward, and as soon as Countryman received them, I was immediately refunded the price difference for the right pair, and once again, they have arrived the very next day!

The efficiency, speed, and overall customer care were second to none. It’s rare to come across a company that makes the entire process—ordering, returning, refunding, and reordering—so smooth and stress-free.

I ordered a 10 round magazine and paid royal mail 24 delivery on Thursday , then the parcel actually arrives on Monday with the wrong item in the parcel , a 5 round magazine !!

After speaking to the manager and asking them to send the correct item , they now tell me it would take another week for them to receive the item THEY sent in error before they can send the correct item …. More insulted that they think I can’t be trusted after this mistake of thiers ….. I’ve asked for a refund and will but the correct item at a proper gun shop

Wanted a new air rifle, visited today and they had everything on my shortlist. Very friendly staff and the chap who served me really knew his stuff. Fantastic experience, great shop, will be returning.

The staff in the countryman are fantastic, they will spend a lot of time making sure you get what you need and understand your purchase no matter how big or small.

My husband bought his first gun and another from here and all subsequent cartridges. Not always great customer service ,some advisors treat you like you are inferior and today was the last straw in using them ever agin .
My husband rang ahead as we live 10 miles away and asked if they had 31/2 inch 12 gauge cartridges , was given a price and was told yes they had , so he drove all the way there ,and they hadn’t got any when he arrived about 20 minutes later. He won’t use you again , you don’t deserve loyal customers.

Went in to purchase a air rifle. I had several in mind and the in store advisor was excellent in helping me make my choice both in rifle and scope, I saved probably a couple of hundred pounds and still came out with a top quality package.
Will certainly be spending more money there soon

Ordered a Schoffel Cottesmore fleece, never used these guys before and it arrived on time next day delivery but unfortunately I ordered a size too big. Returned same day and requested a next size down and replacement arrived two days later. Slick team here that'll look after you. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Everything A1 First class and 5 stars. Thanks lads see you again!
