Even though I did have some delivery issues, the staff contacted me and did what could to help me.
The only suggestion would be be is to consider in using a better transport service.
As customers will blame the cover shop.

Like a custom cover, without the $
Have had car covers before which are a compromise by not fitting correctly all over, but these covers are great as they are stretchy and fit so snug that all compromises disappear! Looks like a custom cover, without the custom price tag. Your car will love it!

Great Car Cover
I’ve had a covershop car cover for my GT Falcon for a while now after I saw a mate with one on his car.
I’ve been very happy with the purchase, the quality is excellent, the fit is great, saves on cleaning and sets the car off in the garage nicely.
And now I've even got one for the scooter as well!!
Would recommend the cover – you get what you pay for.

The product is the best I have ever used, so good I have purchased 8 of them 6 for my cars and the others for gifts. The Product is excellant as I have previously said, but the staff I delt with were above excellent, nothing was to much trouble and was kept informed through out my purchases. Support these guys and guess what they are In Australia, how good is that.
