Lovely clock, fast delivery. Would recommend the service and item to anyone.

Ordered a personalised money box for Christmas. The one I received had the wrong details on. When I informed Cozy Me of this, they said they'd arrange for another one to be sent. This was 2 weeks before Christmas so they had plenty of time to correct their mistake. After about a week, I chased to see where the moneybox was. I was informed it had been dispatched already and should be with me any day now. I never received the item and when I chased Cozy Me again, they refunded me the money. I do not appreciate being lied to about the status of my order. Had I not been lied to, I could have ordered the money box from somewhere else in time for Christmas. Needless to say, I won't be using this company again.

christmas gift never delivered, then they complained it had been too long to offer a refund. tried to order again and still no product. 4 months after order no product received and no explanations given.
Avoid!

Ordered Xmas gift on 5th Dec, paid and not received by 20th. No e-mail advising why, only found out when I chased it up. Disgusting service, I won’t be placing any further orders with them. Now means got to go and find another gift.

I placed an order on 23/07/2017. I received my order confirmation stating it should arrive in 2-3 working days (I expect arrival date of 31/07/2017). Since Monday I have sent to enquiries via their Contact Form as there is no telephone number and I still have not received a response.

Nice purchase. Came on time and well packaged. Inscription exactly as I had asked and as design.

I ordered from thecozymegifts because the items they had on sale looked great and the prices seemed too good to be true. I took a gamble as I had not ordered from them before and it paid off. They are a great company and do look after their customers. My first item I ordered did go missing in the post, but Lisa at cozyme was great and sent out another item, which I received within the next few days. The contact support was second to none and it provided a great way to speak with the customer service team and they always kept me updated with regards to my order.

This company happily gave me their bank details to pay for an item they knew wasn't in stock. I have highlighted my urgency in needing a refund to order a different one else where. They advised they have refunded me but they have NOT.

Was looking for a Kidkraft airport express train set for my little boy and found The Cozy Me to be the cheapest. I thought i would give them a try and very glad i did. The item was sent within 24 hours and received it within 2 working days. I was getting emails throughout telling me the progress of my order along with courier and tracking. All round i am very happy along with my little boy.
