Top Quality Shelving.

There was a slight delay on the order as the company were waiting for J brackets but their communication about this was excellent. First class company to deal with.

Incredible! Love the shelves with down brackets. This was one of the only places that custom made deep (31cm) shelves to fit the space we needed.
They are beautiful and perfectly varnished.
Packaging was exceptional so the shelves arrived in perfect condition. So beyond happy.

Stylish and great quality

Great shelves
Really happy with the shelves that we purchased (130cm shelves with down brackets). Sarah contacted me early on to make sure I had ordered correctly (I needed another glass hanger to stop them looking lop sided) and they were delivered very quickly. Glass hangers were predrilled so very easy to attach. I even managed to get them up on the wall straight!

We ordered a table and paid for it to be built on delivery. It was not built properly (large spaces between panels which were uneven). We followed up with the owners but the best they could do was to reimburse us for the build element of the delivery. We now have a table that doesn’t fit together (despite multiple attempts). We had been recommended crafty couple but really regret our purchase.

It’s really disappointing to see that you’ve left us a 1 star review without 1) letting us know that you were unhappy and 2) without giving us an opportunity to rectify it for you.
Our last communication was in October when you said you would rearrange the planks and let us know if it sorted the issue. We replied saying we would await to hear from you.
We’re a very small business hand making solid wood products (as opposed to a large company mass producing chipboard products with machines). Therefore, there can be human error or an issue that arises from using natural wood.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and always endeavour to rectify any issue that may arise. However, we can only solve problems when told about them. We’re very disheartened that you haven’t given us the opportunity to do this and you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review which damages the reputation of our business.
