Items missing from my order & no response to my emails. It’s now 2 weeks since I ordered. Saw a post begging for orders on instagram but now wish I hadn’t bothered ordering as the service is terrible and the items that I did receive are disappointing too. There’s a hole going through one of the names!

I have never recieved my item and my delivery tracker on Royal mail shows nothing! Do NOT order from this company. I have emailed and messaged them on Instagram and have never had a response!!

Ordered tree decoration and was asked to review product which has never arrived and the Royal Mail tracking number given does not show anything. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Very please with my purchase of a raw edge chopping board. Sam was very helpful in my purchase. Would definitely recommend this site.

Ordered for the second time from this company. Both times have been for a personalised dog decoration for our xmas tree. I received mine last week for my little boy who i lost in July. Although it made me emotional i love the fact that each xmas he will have his place on our tree. From order to delivery was very quick. Thank you very much Crafty Giraffe for making my xmas that little bit more special.

I absolutely love this company, the personalised pet decorations make wonderful Christmas presents, I have ordered 5 more this year! They are well made and arrive when they say they will. Thank you Crafty Giraffe!

Absolutely amazing products at a very reasonable price. My package came very quickly and was beautifully packaged. I'm sure everyone is going to love their little gifts!

I ordered a couple of wooden Christmas decorations and when one arrived in Australia alas it was broken. I contacted the business and was really delighted to receive a replacement decoration in the mail - no questions asked; excellent service.

Order on the Thursday received the items the Saturday morning !! Could not be happier with the bogoff deal !! Thank you very much

Always used this company and the items are really lovely however don't pay for express delivery apparently it's from date of dispatch not date or order, like everywhere else! I wouldn't have paid the extra if I had known this. According to the admin, its clear when you order however unless pointed out I wouldn't have paid much attention, didn't really get much sympathy from the lady on the other end

Had two orders , one excellent & delivered on time .
The second ordered as a BOGOF offer from their website , took too long to arrive , really poor quality wood & workmanship , cheaply packaged in a paper envelope , no box this time and low quality ties . Returns policy doesn’t allow refunds for personalised products so stuck with these , complete waste of money and time . Certainly won’t be using this company again , others beware !

I've ordered several times from this company - they've always delivered on time and been available to answer any questions. Nice quality products - I will definitely come back here for more! Would highly recommend.

the products are great and everything but i had to pay 8€ for Zoll when the mail came.
Over 25€ for a small christmas ornament isn’t worth it

Be careful with this company.
Just received an email from Amazon stating that Crafty Giraffe have not shipped within their expected time frame.
Not acceptable for Christmas gifts.
