Customer service is non existence i rang them in regards to an account that should have been closed month ago they kept putting me on hold till it got to there closing time than hung up on me no resolution. Rude un helpful and love holding ppl hostage.

I was reading and researching just as any normal person would looking for the right company to help repair credit. Talked to Malon the intake specialist that basically sold me a dream. I could go into detail but I am saving you from wasted time and money. AVOID THE CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! BUYER BEWARE.

I was very transparent in May, 2022, that I had a derogatory that was for a unusual situation with an ex and a rental agreement. This incident took me from excellent to fair credit. The Credit Company said they could help last year. I followed on instagram for a while since my research with Credit Saint and others said they could not help. I have photographs, a police report, etc supporting the motivation to leave this property. In addition, to them inflating the balance over $10k and then recanting in email and on the phone, reporting 2 years after the fact when the unit was rented within 2 months falsely was crime enough but the credit bureaus allow this ambiguity? Emails with the debt collector substantiating all of this and TCC strang me along for over a year and when confronted they said I NEEDED TO CALL the DEBT COLLECTOR. Tried that first and then paid them for another year of wasted time. Cancelled and getting an attorney. This is from 2018 and apparently Mr. Ortiz in Miami is trained like (and I quote) a "Navy Seal" to hold people's credit hostage for the American Rent Bureau. Pay an exorbitant amount, originally $12k and reported as $25k or your credit is screwed. The Credit Company has not done a thing for me that I could not do myself. Very disappointing!

Were is my money use scamed off me will not give up 2 I get it back low dogs taking money

I was reading the reviews. My experience is good, all my questions answered about repair my credit score. Nice and helpful staff.

They are absolutely a genuine and a legit company. I was also asked to pay the $478 upfront but got the loan amount credited in my account within 24 hours.

I’ve been with this company for 4 months now and throughout the process they continued to show professionalism as promised. Whenever I have a question or a problem when going over anything they get back to me and answer all my concerns and keep me in the loop. Being someone new to credit repair and learning the ins and outs, I understand it takes patience dealing with customers like myself who always have a handful of questions and they sure do make me feel at ease with the helpful insight they continue to apply while working to help me fix my mistakes that I could never do on my own. Thanks credit company for having my back.

They are a scam and do not in anyway go there. Same thing get approved be funded in 24 hours then bang you loss money and they don’t answer you at all when you try and ask what is going on. $475 down the drain. Needs to be reported and get these scum

Don’t go here they’ll approve your loan then they expect you to pay $140 to a Nicole person, then you send it they then tell that the fund will be deposited into your account within 24 hours and it never happens! Then you leave them a review and tell you that it’s the wrong company well that’s incorrect when they say it’s not the same one well it is with the same email address and everything.

they were quick to call back very patient an answered all my questions they genuinely try to help. i would definitely refer them : )

These guys did an outstanding job on working on my credit! Call and talk to Alex. A really awesome guy! They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They got charge offs, collections and outstanding balances removed in a few months

Let me tell you i have worked with a few credit repair companies that swore they would work. Spent a few hundred dollars a month. Alex is the only one that was upfront, realistic and honest. Not to mention 3 months in and my score is up 84 points.
His communication is excellent so he doesn’t just take your money and run he works with you regularly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great experience working with The Credit Company (tcc), not only did they help me remove negative remarks on my credit score , they also help me lower my payments on my bills and loans and consolidate all my debt by boosting my score , this service paid for itself in the first month and then some. 100% a must do situation.
