Credit pros have been very helpful in my experience workhdy have helped me raise my credit ratinging along side with them. And give them alot I'd good work done in doing so..

I always received good customer service support, answers questions and listens with out being interrupted.
I'm not rushed off the phone,
Feel better once my problems are resolved.

* WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND UNDER FRAUD INVESTIGATION **
We contacted credit pros as everyone does to help our credit scores, MY wife and I BOTH signed up for services promised. The credit scores would change after disputes after 30 days, then again after 60 days.. 200 points within 60days is the advertisement... Credit Pros scammed over $2000.00 from myself and wife and niether of our scores changed..NOT EVEN 1 POINT.. We found out 20 days after we signed up that CREDIT PROS was under FRAUD ALERT and was being investigated for this very same thing.. WE IMMEDIATELY WROTE AND CALLED TO CANCEL SERVICES..because Credit Pros had no done their job, and our credit never changed and disputes were NEVER DONE! yet they took money from our accounts every month in 3 different way totaling over 2000.00 and 7 months later credit still has NOT CHANGED A SINGLE POINT..They refused to cancel on documented 13 emails and 7 phone calls.. I then files a victems fraud report with the STATE POLICE and were informed they are doing this same fraud nation wide and we're under federal investigation.. We contacted once more to tell Credit Pros what we found and their money back guaranty and right to cancel they outright refused..We now have contacted the authorities and our bank. We filed fraud claims with both and the bank refunded ALL MONIES under the consumers fraud act..
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CREDIT PROS OR FACE THE THOUSANDS WE DID IN LOSS, DISRESPECT AND DOWNRIGHT SCAMMING TO MAKE A BUCK.. 2000.00 FROMUS.. HOW MANY OTBERS NATIONWIDE ARE PART OF CREDIT PROS SCAM..DONT BE THEIR NEXT MARK.. BEWARE.

I searched for a credit repair company to help me with some inaccuracies on my credit reports. I found the credit pros having very good reviews on trust pilot, and without having knowledge of their process, I was unable to discern that these were unreliable reviews, as most of the dates were within the 45 to 60 day (response time) window it takes to see results. Therefore, I went to their website, paid their fee for subscription and attempted to begin to identify the misinformation on my credit reports from the 3 major agencies. I found that I was only allowed to access one agency, and in fact only one area (credit inquiries) - this was as far as I was permitted to proceed. The on boarding process promised a consultation with a repair specialist, so I figured I could address the problems at that point. I continued to explore the members area to continue the identification of issues I needed addressed on their website. In four days, no emails were received. No contact of any kind by specialists or consultants - the only evidence of progress was the charge on credit card. When I had determined, there was nothing more I could do on the members website I initiated a chat and confirmed this. I ask for cancellation of my subscription and a refund. A bot in the chat window referred me to a customer service rep who offered excuse after excuse and attempted to convince me to allow the to continue to ride the so-called 45-60 day investigation time frame so that my fees could be escalated to an additional $197.00/month@likely two additional monthly charges by that time. I have previously disputed erroneous information myself in the past at a much faster rate for only the cost of my own time. Unfortunately, I thought it might be easier to allow someone else to do this for me, but I was wrong.

Total waste of time. Canceled after 5 months of being charged without any positive results. They purposely prolonging the process to keep charging you on a monthly basis

Tyson transferred my phone call to Ernie and he explained the process of the program to me. He walked me through the entire process and I was able to get the information from him to move forward with my program process. Thanks again.
