Faulty chain and no replacement!
My husband bought me a necklace from The Crima and within 2 months the chain had broken. He emailed The Crima to arrange a replacement or to have it repaired only to be told that due to the nature of the material, sometimes this can happen?!
Total rubbish and beyond disappointed in the customer service.
I’ve taken the chain into the jewellers to get some advice on a repair, and they’ve advised it will need to be soldered and replated which will cost approx £60.
Still waiting on a response from The Crima as I’d like to have this sorted ASAP.
