I can only say how upset I am with lack of customer service from actual owner Maria. I have actual email and my original order to make sure I was going to get what I ordered for special birthday which I paid extra $36 to have delivered. I didn’t get what I ordered, the owner didn’t apologise and tried to blame me even though I had email night before confirming what I ordered. Owner said she would get back to me and offer free dozen cupcakes. She didn’t get back to me, I got a message from her employee basically saying she was busy doing large orders for Women’s Day and that they would offer me an even lesser offer of $25. I sent a message yesterday saying the owner did not keep her promise to contact t me herself and what was most upsetting is she didn’t care she ruined the birthday. Up until now, I was moderately happy with this shop. Can’t believe a business owner would express no empathy or caring at all, disgusting!
