I would rate zero stars if I could have. Very poor customer service. I bought a bracelet from them. It never got delivered and months later I asked for my refund which they say we will send you another one but I said no thank you just refund me and come to find out they only gave me 90% of what I paid for the bracelet. Which makes me believe it is a scam I would not buy from these guys at all. Don’t waste your money.

Absolute crap, closing down sale my butt, these bracelets are never worth the full price, not even worth half price. Cheap Chinese rubbish

It’s a scam. DON’T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They send you the wrong size, even though you chose the right one, and they won’t give your money back. Customer service doesn’t exist, the messages they send are automatically generated. It is a TOTAL WASTE of money. Poor quality as well.

All of their products can be found on aliexpress for 15% of the price they charge. I bought their 3-pcs bracelet deal and recently found the same 3-pcs listing on aliexpress for $7 USD. Which probably explains why one of my bracelets broke after 2 days of use.
NEVER buy from this company.

Ordered a bracelet set , its probably designed to fit a 5 year olds wrist, looks nothing like the picture and when I asked for a refund was told I would have to send back to the Netherlands from the UK at my own cost for a full refund or be given a 20% refund and keep the product, I don't want the product

Bought the 3 bracelet set a couple months ago - only worn them a handful of times and 2/3 of them have fallen apart! Complained to company and they do not want to know - avoid

Bought the IV set for my BF, he was really happy with it! Nice and discrete packaging

I don’t know what to say really. Goods arrived in strange packaging for what was meant to be £70 + jewellery.

I wasn’t Overly happy with the purchase and would say it would be reasonable at £15 - £20. Questioned the quality and did receive a discount.

Wouldn’t of purchased had i of tried it on prior. Perhaps it’s my personal taste but can’t see me wearing it. Looks much better in the photo in my opinion.

I bought the gold iv set absolutely stunning and classy and good quality but I don't wear the wire bangle any longer as it causes discomfort and itching on my arm otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Ordered July 4. Today is July 30. No delivery. Emailed July 23 asking for update. No reply. No delivery + no service = no company. Are they still doing business?

No more words needed for the IV set than AMAZING. Shines around my wrist and feels Amazingly. Was worrying that it would not fit but thank god thats not the case🙏

Ordered the IV Silver set, the set looks Amazing and is a real shiner. Small sidenote is that the wire makes me itch some times when wearing. But pure class fitter!
