Not very impressed. Item delivered to wrong address as the label was incorrect. So wrongly processed.
Guy on the phone unhelpful and sarcastic.
I work in customer services and I certainly wouldn't have spoken to a customer in the manner he chose to use.
Won't be using you again.
Which is a pity. Three storey house requiring floor paint throughout. Only bought first batch from you, but will be getting rest elsewhere. Brewers far more polite and helpful.

Unsure as to how we could of helped you better we found your parcel whilst you were on the phone with us and it had been dropped at your neighbours 3 doors down from you as nobody home to take delivery. Was with the staff member at the time of the call and feel that he kept calm and professional the whole time, whilst he was being shouted at insulted and finally had the phone slammed down on him.
