Comunication with Alan is great, I have no trobles with that. Action is somting diferent.
We made paiment of 12.780€ on 24. 11. 2021 We havent recived ordered goods (trubles with suplay chain). After that we wanted refund of money. Till this day nothing hapened.
UPDATE:
Im realy pleased, to inform all coustomerst that are considering doing buissnies with digistore, that they are solid buissnies. Yes it took us some time, but all in all we recived refund in full. They are honest and solid buisnies. We will make buissnes with digi store in future for shure.

Great to say that we finally got a new card sorted out - It did take a while with the same card coming back but we stuck with it and got it sorted!!
