Extremely disappointing experience — cost me 2 clients- DO NOT USE
I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others know what they’re getting into.
I run a marketing agency and trusted this team with two of my clients’ websites. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and ultimately cost me both of those clients.
Over the course of about six months, one of the projects was never properly completed. Simple changes that should have taken days often took weeks, communication was inconsistent, and there never seemed to be any urgency despite the impact it was having on my business and my client.
In addition to the original project cost, I also spent around $1,100on their hosting, domain, and management services. Even after spending that additional money, progress remained incredibly slow and the website was still not finished months later. Eventually the client demanded the website credentials so he could go out and find another party to complete the changes (I tried to get another team for him but he didn’t trust me anymore)
The most frustrating part is the damage this caused to my own reputation with my client. As an agency owner, when I recommend a partner I’m putting my credibility and trust on the line. Because this project dragged on for so long and never reached a completed state, I ultimately lost my client’s trust and their advertising business.
I really did not want to leave a review like this, but after months of delays, poor communication, and thousands of dollars spent on slow, unfinished work, I believe other businesses deserve to know about my experience before trusting them with an important project.
