Excellent Service and Great Support for Our Google Business Profile

Don’t bother waste of money
This company will say they can get you to the top 3 with there package or money back guarantee within 3 months they took 4 months payment and refunded £94. They say they do work with you google account to optimise it then try to sell you other corses to make it easier for them waste of money don’t bother. Then after the refund the cancel you don’t ask you see see if you want to continue and they make it work. It won’t work they just take the quick money and go on to the next

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. When you ask them for peoples details who have left reviews they put the phone down. They pestered me for ages and said the company I was with were rubbish! Very professional, not! I stupidly decided to give them a chance . Website lost rankings straight away. ( from 1st page to page 8) thousands of pounds down the drain.

Only short interaction makes sense
Impossible to figure out what we pay for. Before I finished my agreement I have been told that in case I finish the contract the stats such as profile visits, calls, general visibility will decrease, however it has increased since then. I can’t give 1 star because they were helpful with passing GBP initial verification.
When it comes to visibility- Google business profile does its own thing by itself for FREE. The most important are reviews and patience. Unfortunately the directory guys cannot help with this.
