Order arrived on time , courier had damaged the package that resulted in the record deck lid being cracked, spoke with the Disc DJ store who could not be anymore helpful, had a replacement sent and arrived within 24hrs .

I saw a great deal online for some EV EKX 15 tops and the 18sp bass bins I had to order them, I also ordered the spacing poles and covers to protect the speakers. Steve's constant communication had me feeling like I was in great hands letting me know what was happening every step of the way, he ordered in specially 1 extra 18sp and the covers to go with them as they were out of stock, as above Steve kept me well up to date with how the order was going, amazing service, I got my speakers in rapid time, unfortunately one of the 15inch tops fresh out of the box would not stay powered on, Steve instantly organised a replacement to be shipped to my door and to swap the unit without hesitation. All in all 10 out of 5 this shop and Steve exceeded my expectations and I got a lovely upgrade, thank you so much to the shop and the team I couldn't recommend them enough and I won't hesitate to shop with them again
