The company do not make it clear when you order that they have some sort of factory issue that is causing delivery times long in excess of those advertised on their website. I am still waiting for a wardrobe ordered nearly 6 months ago.
This company sell really great products but they are subject to very long delivery times. I ordered their Rochester bookcase and after I bought it was informed of delivery times that way exceeded those advertised of 12-14 weeks. They refused to give any discount for a 4-5 month delay in delivery so I cancelled the order. If you're prepared to wait that long, then go ahead and buy something—otherwise I would shop elsewhere. It's a shame because they make such beautiful products.
Absolutely lovely furniture including a beautiful custom made chair covered with Zoe Glencross fabric which I am so delighted with. Excellent customer service despite a small blip with delivery which was completely outside of their control and which they went above and beyond to sort. We also ordered a wardrobe, a TV cabinet and a chest of drawers and everything is lovely - excellent quality particularly for the price. So happy with everything and will shop with you again - many thanks.
Very poor quality for the high price. I was expecting a high end product. The furniture is not solid wood and has a flimsy thin wood back panel. I believe I could have bought the same for half the price elsewhere. When I telephoned they asked me to send my comments by email - they never replied. Very disappointing given how long I waited for delivery.
Great experience. They went out of their way to help me design a large set of shelves for our sitting room and replaced a couple of units without cost which we’d got slightly wrong. Lovely service, would definitely recommend.
