The Dream Body Coach - You won't regret it!

I thought as a chef I had a pretty good understanding of food and nutrition. I was eating “clean/ healthy” foods like Atlantic salmon, Avocado, Acai or smoothie bowls with granola, snacking on nuts and protein bars and avoiding carbs as much as possible.
I was going to the gym and doing classes 5-6 days a week and running on the treadmill (for what felt like hours). So, I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I tried every fad diet that came out, the South beach, Keto, cabbage soup, fasting, you name it. Yes sometimes I lost a bit of weight but as soon as I ate anything normal, I would regain the weight? Or I would get so hungry, I would break, eat everything in sight, then start a new diet Monday.
Then I came across David and The Dream body program, I have to admit I was skeptical at first having tried so many other options but after speaking to David I felt so comfortable and at ease, he is so knowledgeable and supportive, I never once felt judged or uncomfortable, it was like for the first time someone understood my frustration and could explain exactly how to finally get the results I wanted.
The thought of having to track food, and take photos of myself was scary, but I am so glad I did, it has taught me so much. I always look forward to my weekly check ins with David as there is always some advice or tips given to help me achieve better results and I always learn something new, the man is like a health and fitness encyclopedia, the knowledge and support given has been amazing.
I now eat more than I ever have (including carbs), I don’t feel restricted in anyway, I can go out for meals, eat ice-cream and chocolate, have a normal life, and not put on weight- it is mind-blowing!! (And now I will only run if something is chasing me)
This year I turn 50 and I am the most confident and in the best shape I have ever been my life! I will be forever grateful for everything David and the Dream Body program have done for me, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
